2021 SUMMER BALL
Defiance Softball has provided the City of Defiance with fastpitch softball and t-ball for over 50 years.
Every summer, we offer opportunities for girls softball in 16u, 12u, 10u, and 8u (coach pitch). Defiance Softball also organizes the city t-ball program for boys and girls ages 4-6.

PLAYER EVALUATIONS
For any player new to our program or any player moving to a new age group for 2021.
**NEW DATES**
SESSION 1:
Monday, April 5th
10u: 6:00 - 7:00pm
12u & 16u: 7:00 - 8:00pm
SESSION 2:
Thursday, April 8th
10u: 6:00 - 7:00pm
12u & 16u: 7:00 - 8:00pm
Both sessions will be held at Diehl Park. Players need to only attend one of the sessions.
Players should be prepared with shoes/cleats, glove, bat, and helmet.
Some equipment will be available if needed.
All players who register to play with Defiance Softball will be on a team. Any returning player will be placed on the same team they were in last season, unless the player is moving up to a new age group.
SEASON INFORMATION
Girls Softball
Regular Season: May 10th through June 25th
Tournament: June 28th - 30th
Registration deadline is March 31st.
Practices will begin in April.
Games will be primarily played Monday-Thursdays.
Girls & Boys T-Ball
Season: May 15th through June 26th
Registration deadline is April 25th.
Games will be primarily played on Saturdays.
COST
16u & 12u: $70
10u: $60
8u: $50
Fee includes uniform shirt & socks.
Girls & Boys T-Ball: $40
Fee includes uniform shirt.
LOCATIONS
Our summer league games will be primarily played at Diehl Park in Defiance, and at Defiance High School. Each team will also travel to one of our affiliate program field locations for a few games.
