BLACK SWAMP SOFTBALL LEAGUE

The Defiance Softball Association has been organizing and managing youth softball leagues for teams across northwest Ohio for many years.

In 2019, the leagues were all shifted under the newly created Black Swamp Softball League. The goal was to bring all leagues under one umbrella with the emphasis of providing a local and affordable option for youth softball programs in northwest Ohio to compete against other teams from the area. The original idea was to create a spring league for junior high and younger... but, that quickly evolved to include our summer rec ball league and the addition of a fall ball league.
